I do NOT recommend this product because it is NOT the product listed!

I ordered a micro prong collar listed as 13” (32cm) with 1.5mm prongs but received a 12” (30cm) prong with the same size prongs (1.5mm). When I contacted the company, they admitted the listing *may* be incorrect but have yet to update it, offering no resolution other than suggesting I purchase additional links at my own cost. After waiting over a week for a response from their ‘head trainer,’ no further support was provided. The listing on the website still hasn’t been corrected since initially contacting the company on August 13th, 2024. This misleading information directly impacted my decision to buy from this company, and I would not have spent money on a product that doesn’t fit had the correct size been advertised. As a company run by professional trainers, they should understand the importance of properly fitting tools and why this issue is so concerning. I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of support from a small company that specializes in in dog training. I attached a photo of the collar I received, the website listing, and a screenshot of the reply I got. No follow up after I sent an additional email from their trainer.
