Return Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for different product or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unused and have their original tags still on
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days

Initiate a Return:

    2. Input Your Order Information
      You will need the email you placed your order under as well as your 4-digit order number (#XXXX) to initiate a return or exchange. 
      If your item meets our return requirements, you will be given a prepaid label to mailing your item(s) back. 
    3. Pack it Up:
      Ensure your item(s) is securely packed with the label printed and affixed to the front of the package. 
    4. Mail it or Drop it Off:
      Drop off your package at your local Canada Post location.
    5. Receive your Exchange or Refund.
      Once your return has been received, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statements.

 Missing or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrived damaged or missing, you may return it for an exchange or refund if it was purchased through Email pictures of your damaged/missing item to to process the full refund or exchange.
  • Items damaged from customer use will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
