Please Note: We are temporarily pausing operations between Tuesday March 21st and Wednesday April 5th while we move into our new location. Any returns or exchanges processed during this time will be processed as soon as we resume fulfillment on Wednesday April 5th.

Returns or Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for different product or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unused and have their original tags still on
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days

Initiate a Return:

    1. Follow the Link Below
    2. Input Your Order Information
      You will need the email you placed your order under as well as your 4-digit order number (#XXXX) to initiate a return or exchange. 
      If your item meets our return requirements, you have the option of mailing your items back or dropping them off at your local Return Bear locations. 
    3. Pack it Up:
      Ensure your item(s) is securely packed with the label printed and affixed to the front of the package. 
    4. Mail it or Drop it Off:
      Drop off your package according to the return process selected through Return Bear.
    5. Receive your Exchange or Refund.
      Once your return is processed, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statements.

 Missing or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrived damaged or missing, you may return it for an exchange or refund if it was purchased through Email pictures of your damaged/missing item to to process the full refund or exchange.
  • Items damaged from customer use will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
