Description
The slip lead working dog trainers actually grab off the rack. Built for reliability, simplicity and durability. No clip to fail, no buckle to loosen, no plastic to break. Five two-tone color combinations so each dog in a kennel has its own.
A heavy-duty rope slip lead with an integrated leather stop and brass slider. Pull tension tightens the loop, releases instantly when pressure stops. The cleanest control tool in dog training. Used universally in shelters, vet clinics, dog parks, training facilities, sport competitions.
Trainers running multi-dog sessions. Shelter workers and dog walkers swapping between dogs. Sport dog competitors at trials where dogs need to come on and off quickly. Hunters at field events. Owners of pullers in the foundation phase of leash work, paired with a marker training program.
A slip lead is the fastest, cleanest leash to put on and take off. No buckles to align, no clip to wrestle. Slip it over the dog's head, pull snug behind the ears. Self-corrects when the dog pulls. The slip lead is how a real trainer moves through a busy training day.
Blue/White, Blue/Pink, Black/Orange, Green/Purple, Red/White. Two-tone visibility makes it easy to identify the right lead in a kennel of dogs.
Order online, pick up the same day at Leaside or Stouffville. No shipping fees, no courier wait.
The slip lead we use in our own training programs.

These slips go with me everywhere I go with my dogs. Super reliable and so convenient
love it! very good price for this product!
Great slip leash with a good stopper to keep it sized and in place. This leash is a great length, light weight and my preferred thickness for all ranges of dogs.
cheap feeling material
Terrible product. Bad quality slip lead, buying a slip lead from AliExpress is way better and cheaper.
Excellent control without needing a complicated harness system.
I’ve spent way too much money on trendy training gear over the years. Funny enough, this basic slip lead outperformed most of it.
The material doesn’t burn my hands when my dog gets excited.
Finally, a lead that doesn't stretch! The intertwined nylon keeps its shape even when my 100lb Boerboel decides to test it
Good quality and arrived quickly.
Works perfectly for my Greyhound. Traditional collars always slip off her small head, but this stays secure
As someone who trains daily with working dogs, I appreciate gear that is simple and reliable. This slip lead checks both boxes.
I was skeptical at first but I genuinely noticed a difference within a few walks.
I’m a professional trainer and this is the only slip lead I recommend to my clients. The tactile feel is perfect! The rope becomes nicer the more you use it
Very impressed with the stitching and overall construction.
I’m older and appreciate how simple this is to put on and use.
I can tell this was designed by people who actually handle dogs.
My lab stopped pulling nearly as much after switching to this slip lead.
I wanted something simple for training my high-energy malinois. This thing is perfect. Strong, clean-looking, and gives way better control without feeling bulky
The stopper actually works without sliding. It's secure when needed.
I appreciate that it feels sturdy without being overly thick.
Very impressed with the quality. The stitching and materials feel solid and it hasn’t stretched or worn down even with daily use
Works exactly as advertised.
Perfect amount of flexibility and grip. Doesn’t feel bulky or awkward
It’s the only leash my dog doesn't try to chew because the fit is so high on the neck, out of her reach
This lead made training sessions feel much smoother.
Bought one for my shepherd and ended up ordering another for our lab
At 72 years old I need dog gear that’s easy on my hands and reliable. This has been wonderful so far.
Great Material.
Simple and effective. Exactly what I was looking for.
My reactive rescue dog has been much easier to manage using this lead.
I’m older and appreciate equipment that doesn’t overcomplicate things. Slip it on and go. Very happy with this purchase.
K9 Academy is my goto comapny for dog gear now. All gear so far has been 100%
